First time doing business with this company. Piece's I bought we're perfect. Came with in less then a week.

So I ordered a frosted rook to replace the one that I lost from my original set. The price was fine. And the delivery was relatively quick. The only problem is it looks like their rook is slightly bigger than the one from my set. I'm hoping maybe they have one in my size that I can exchange this for?

When my two grandsons accidentally broke one of the pawns their solution was to replace it with one made in plasticine . I was really surprised and happy that I found chesshouse online and could buy individual pieces . This allowed me to work with my grandsons on replacing the piece as a lesson for them and they in turn were able to apologise to their Mum when they presented her with the piece. A great service from Chesshouse in USA to two young players in UK and a Grandad to play a part in their lives as what will hopefully be a memorable event. Best Regards, Matt
